Disability Capital, the Mayor of London's disability and deaf equality conference, took place on 8th October. A highlight of this year's event was a keynote presentation from Edwin Black, the author of War Against the Weak - America's campaign to create a master race.

Black, an award-winning investigative journalist, has written a carefully researched, well-referenced and detailed work about the American early twentieth century's eugenics movement. It features a specific chapter on the use of euthanasia in eugenics programmes.
